Ashley Wolfe brings 27 years of nursing experience and 18 years of legal nurse consulting to Medical Resource Network. Her depth in both clinical practice and litigation support makes Ashley a trusted collaborator on complex medical claims and professional liability matters.
Ashley’s clinical background is broad: 10 years of bedside experience in medical-surgical nursing — including trauma, orthopedics, oncology, cardiac, transplant, and mother/baby — followed by work as a research assistant at OHSU’s Aging and Alzheimer’s Center focused on geriatrics and Alzheimer’s care. Ashley spent 4 years in hospital leadership roles as a compliance manager and risk manager, giving her a healthcare-system perspective on patient safety, documentation, and risk that few consultants can match.
Ashley consults on medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability cases — including environmental exposure, medical device, and pharmaceutical matters — for attorneys, insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured companies, and healthcare facilities. Ashley’s work includes medical research, expert witness retention, medical record evaluation, and causation as well as damages analysis. She is also an active educator, presenter, and mentor to peers, claims adjusters, and attorneys.
