Passing the Torch: Karen Fox Retires, Entrusting MRN’s Legacy to New Leadership
The decision to transition ownership comes as MRN Founder, Karen Fox, has chosen to retire, entrusting the legacy and future of the company to a leader whose values and vision align closely with those of MRN. SAYAS Alliance, a U.S.-based company with U.S.-based employees, led by Sandeep Goel, President & CEO, brings decades of global business leadership and quality management expertise to MRN and its clients.
An integral member of the SAYAS Alliance leadership team is Pat Cook, a seasoned healthcare leader with 34 years of invaluable experience. In her role as Head of Consulting Services, Pat spearheads business development initiatives and ensures the seamless delivery of services and support. With expertise spanning accreditation, regulatory compliance, quality management, and patient safety initiatives within the healthcare industry, including proficient root cause analysis, Pat serves as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients. Pat will assume responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the current MRN legal nurse consulting team, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery.
