Ronda Katzman, Head of Operations for Medical Resource Network (MRN), a division of SAYAS Alliance, is responsible for oversight and management of finance, budget control, asset acquisition, human resources management, benefit management, employee performance, and related organizational areas.
Ronda has extensive experience in business performance and operations management, as well as implementing structures and systems to refine and maximize organizations for overall performance efficiency. She has played key roles in business and operations management in a variety of settings including property management, non-profit, independent education, and small business consulting. Ronda received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Business Management from University of Phoenix.
